1. Eligibility

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

Valid government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Photos on the website are for representation; room layout may vary slightly.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 1:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must:

Respect hotel property and other guests

Avoid illegal activities

Maintain reasonable noise levels

Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for misconduct.

5. Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for damages to hotel property.

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables unless deposited at reception (if available).

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and designs belong to Villa Everest and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Villa Everest shall not be liable for:

Personal injury not caused by hotel negligence

Loss due to natural calamities or force majeure

Third-party service failures (payment gateway, internet, transport)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in West Bengal courts.
