Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In:
- Full refund of the booking amount, excluding any transaction or service fees.
- Cancellations Made Between 3 to 6 Days Before Check-In:
- 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In:
- No refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
- If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the booking will be considered canceled.
Early Check-Out Policy:
- In case of an early check-out, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- For special discounted rates or promotional offers, bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued for cancellations.
Force Majeure:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, Hotel Villa Everest reserves the right to offer refunds, rebooking, or other resolutions at its discretion.
